== INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ==

#1) Use a program such as WinZip <http://www.winzip.com/> to
extract this archive's contents into the folder of your choice.

A "root folder", such as C:\, D:\, etc, is recommended, as the
newsletter will be put into a GE-NL009 subfolder.
(i.e.- If you specify C:\, it will extract into C:\GE-NL009)

** IMPORTANT NOTE: In the "Extract" dialog, make *sure* the "Use
Folder Names" checkbox is ON! (Non-WinZip users should issue the
equivalent command...) If this is not selected, subfolders will
not be created, and the newsletter will not display.

#2) Go to 'My Computer', and locate the folder which you extracted
the newsletter to.

(If the GE-NL009 folder has three sub-folders in it titled "DATA",
"SUBS" and "IMAGES", you extracted the newsletter correctly. If you see
one large directory of files, you forgot to "Use Folder Names".)

#3) In the GE-NL009 folder, double click the file INDEX.HTM. Your
web browser should launch and display the newsletter.
